The Slaithwaite Public Participation Geographical Information System

The Slaithwaite (pronounced Slawit ) Public Particicipation site first went on-line in June 1998 and was completely re-written entirely in Java in January 2003. To run the virtual village you will need a Java enabled browser. The original system was developed when I worked in the CCG's on-line democracy group from 1997-2003
